On Thursday night Kathy and I drove to the city to pick up Barbie from her whirlwind southhwest tour with Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin. Got home around 2 in the morning and hit the hay. I had to be back up and at work by 830a. On the way, Dad callled me to say that the ambulance had just picked up my little sis Mia. She wasn't breathing. Kathy came and got me at about 945a and told me that Mimi went to be with her daddy in heaven... I am Happy and sad. Happy that she doesn't have to deal with her medical problems any more. Sad cause I didn't get to spend much time with her. And I don't know how to talk to Sam and Jessica (8) about their baby sister passing away.
As of now Kathy and I are sitting in the sacramento aitport hoping to board a 10am flight to Seattle. (Thanks Andrea for the guest passes. ) Mia's service is Monday at Bethal Assembly in Sedro Woolley WA.
